Project Description
In partnership with HDR, provides on-site facilities assessment services utilizing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) BUILDER program.  Works closely with the prime contractor’s team to provide architectural/civil facility assessment on US Marine Corps Reserve facilities nation-wide.  Interfaces directly with on-site USACE personnel, ensuring a well-coordinated, one-team, win-win approach.

Served as team electrical assessor responsible for the inventory and assessment of the D50 Electrical Systems and the D4010 Fire Alarm and Detection Systems.

The equipment validation and the comprehensive condition assessment of entire facilities/buildings allow the installation to better define maintenance requirements, develop more accurate services contract requirements and develop better project documentation for repair, replace and/or construction projects.

Project Description


Provides on-site construction manager/project assistant, responsible for the management and oversight of the construction and renovation work being performed by NFCU in Winchester, VA.  Work includes over $100M worth of design-build construction and renovation services.

The Project Assistant coordinates directly with the prime contractor and NFCU facilities personnel and utilizes NFCU’s processes and procedures to ensure all NFCU’s project management expectations, requirements and goals are met.

Project Description
In partnership with HDR, provide project support to a team of planners, engineers, architects, CAD and GIS operators, inspectors, and database developers and administrators to execute a vast assortment of planning and asset management services for MARFORRES.


As Lead Architectural/Civil Assessor, conducted Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) systems for 39 MARFORRES sites which included a survey to determine the current overall condition of facilities and adjacent linear assets. Data compiled from the survey was uploaded into BUILDER, the sustainment management tool developed by USACE Engineer Research and Development Center.

Project Description
In partnership with HDR, provided comprehensive inventory and conditions assessment for 34 county owned facilities totaling approximately 500,000 square feet utilizing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) BUILDER program.  Interfaced directly with customer representatives, ensuring a well-coordinated, one-team, win-win approach.

Served as team lead and architectural/civil assessor responsible for the interior and exterior architectural and civil systems.


This assessment will provide data and recommendations that will guide the Facilities Management Department in effectively managing the facilities in terms of suggested improvements, on-going preventative maintenance, and major repairs based on conditions and life-cycle of assets.

Project Description
Conducted building inventory and assessments to obtain a complete, accurate and reliable condition indexes for identified building components of buildings at NASP and Saufley Field.

The inventory validation/corrections and condition assessments are vital information for the Base Operating Services (BOS) contracts being administered by NAVFAC Southeast. Assessment data was collected in a format suitable to be downloaded into the Navy enterprise’s Maximo 7 system.  With a complete and accurate facility condition data and connectivity with the Builder program, this provides NAVFAC a comprehensive picture of the overall building performance and allows for the  development of short and long range work plans in the form MEP, MAP and LRMP to repair or replace the installations aging inventory.

Project Description
Developing a service contract/RFP, for the City of Virginia Beach, to manage, operate and maintain the three-story 63,500 SF HRC.  The HRC, (currently under construction)  is designed to accommodate a unique mix of personnel and services, including City offices, direct day support for the homeless and temporary/short term, low-cost housing for homeless families and homeless individuals. 


This service contract will include a wide range of services, including: Overall HRC Management Services; Custodial and Housekeeping Services; Reception, Access Control and Security Services; Food Services; Facility Maintenance and Repair Services; and Pest Control Services.


This will be the City’s first comprehensive service contract for a facility.  With no historical data available, Involve is working closely with numerous City departments (Housing, Maintenance/Public Works, Contracting, Security, etc) and the building design team (Waller Todd & Sadler) to minimize the risk to the City, while developing this one-of a kind,  best-value, performance-based contract. 
Currently, Involve is working to release a draft RFP to industry/potential service providers.  The RFP is scheduled to be advertised in Fall/Winter, with services beginning in Spring/Summer 2018, with the opening of the HRC.​
