Involve, LLC is a Virginia Beach, VA-based, veteran-owned small business, employing veterans, focused on delivering facilities excellence for federal agencies and private owners/operators.

Established in 2013, Involve delivers collaborative, best-value approach to facilities planning; project/construction management and controls; requirements identification; design-build support services; facilities operations and maintenance support services; and energy and environmental solutions.

Involve ensures win-win solutions for contracting agencies, owners and end-users, as well as small and large contractors/service providers and business partners.

Involve is led by Bert Ramsay, PE, a retired Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer with over 26 years of service with the CEC/NAVFAC.  All Involve employees are Navy veterans, with over 130 years of experience in the construction, maintenance and operations of Navy facilities.
