Project Description
In partnership with HDR, Engineering, under contract to USACE Mobile, Involve is supporting a team of planners, engineers, architects, and assessors performing facility condition assessments for the USARC Readiness Division’s Reserve Centers across the country.


Involve provided assessors across the electrical, plumbing and mechanical disciplines, who were leads and were integrated into multiple teams assessing 466 facilities and 9.1 MSF. Assessment work includes verifying/updating the inventory of facilities/equipment and determining the current overall condition of facilities/equipment and adjacent linear assets. Data compiled from the surveys is uploaded into BUILDER, the sustainment management tool developed by USACE Engineer Research and Development Center.

Project Description

In partnership with HDR, Engineering and McPherson Consulting, under contract to USACE Mobile, Involve supported a team of planners, engineers, architects, and assessors performing facility condition assessments for the MARFORRES at USMC Reserve Centers throughout the country.

Involve provided assessors across the architectural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical disciplines, who were leads and were integrated into the four teams assessing approximately 50 facilities and 900 KSF. Work included verifying/updating the inventory of facilities/equipment and determining the current overall condition of facilities/equipment and adjacent linear assets. Data compiled from the survey was uploaded into BUILDER, the sustainment management tool developed by USACE Engineer Research and Development Center.

Data compiled from the surveys was uploaded into BUILDER, the sustainment management tool developed by USACE Engineer Research and Development Center.

Assessment work includes verifying/updating the inventory of facilities/equipment and determining the current overall condition of facilities/equipment and adjacent linear assets. Project Description

In partnership with Jacobs-HDR JV, under contract to NAVFAC Atlantic, Involve is supporting a team of planners, engineers, architects, and assessors performing facility condition assessments at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington DC.

Involve provided mechanical and electrical assessors who were integrated into the two teams assessing over 200 facilities/2.5 MSF.  Work included verifying/updating the inventory of facilities/equipment and determining the current overall condition of facilities and equipment. Data compiled from the surveys was uploaded through connectivity with the BUILDER program.  The assessment data was then downloaded into the Navy enterprise’s Maximo 7 system, resulting in complete and reliable condition indexes for the buildings, components and equipment.

Project Description

In partnership with Jacobs-HDR JV, under contract to NAVFAC Southwest/NAVFAC Atlantic, Involve is supporting a team of planners, engineers, architects, and assessors performing facility condition assessments at various installations across multiple NAVFAC regions both CONUS and OCONUS.

Involve provided one qualified multi-discipline assessor to assist in completing the initial and reinspection of over 1200 Type III structures.  Work included a combination of visual (non-destructive) and age-based inspections to evaluate, identify and update discrepancies such as missing component systems, incorrect quantities, and incorrect costs and establish revised data entries for Structural assets and to provide NAVFAC properly formatted flat file at conclusion of work that can be uploaded directly into MAXIMO.
