Project Description

Provided focused business development services to identify and win design-build, construction and/or environmental remediation work.  Worked with the executive leadership with these and other firms to identify client requirements, develop teaming strategies/relationships and analyze RFQs/RFPs to produce winning, best-value proposals.

Primary owners and clients include Naval Facilities Engineering Command, US Army Corps of Engineers, Virginia Department of Transportation and other City, State and Federal Agencies
