Project Description
Involve provided Owner’s Representative services during the execution of the Wells Theater renovation/fly loft work. We reviewed design/construction as it was in progress to ensure the work was of high quality, performed on schedule and executed in accordance with the deign documents; kept VSC informed as issues occurred during design/construction; and mediated/resolved issues with the design-build contractor in support of the VSC. Serving as VSC’s Owner’s Representative, Involve performed the following tasks:

Project Description
Served as the Facilities Operations & Management VE Specialist on a value engineering team/workshop for the design/build project for the new Embassy Campus/Compound in Doha, Qatar. The project ($431M total value) included a new office building, warehouse/shops, compound access control, campus setting, utility systems, barracks and recreation. The week-long value engineering workshop focused on all aspects of the design, construction and facilities operations/management of the new campus/compound.

Project Description
Involve provided partnering facilitation services for the W.F. Magann Corporation for the $177M Dry Dock Renovation project at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA.
Involve’s facilitator coordinated/worked with the Magann leadership team leading up to the one-day W.F. Magann - Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic - Norfolk Naval Shipyard partnering session. Partnering focused on cooperation, communications, and conflict resolution for all aspects of construction/contract management to include, safety, schedule, change orders, submittals, staffing, and environmental compliance. Session concluded with a Partnering Charter signed by all stakeholders/participants.

Project Description
Involve provides on-site Construction Manager/Project Assistant services for the construction of a 1600-car parking garage and the construction (design-build) of a new 246,000 SF call center in Winchester, VA. In addition to the new construction work, significant renovation of NFCU’s existing Winchester facilities is scheduled to begin once the new construction is complete and operational.
Involve’s Project Assistant coordinates closely with NFCU’s facilities personnel and provides the full range of CM services including schedule oversight; submittal management and review; subcontract bid reviews; RFI management; stakeholder coordination; quality assurance; coordination of commissioning/start-up; and phased occupancy planning.

Project Description
Provided phasing, scheduling and constructability review at the 35% and 65% design phase for this $41M addition/renovation of a 143,500 SF High School.
The phasing/scheduling was critical to ensure current school functions would be continuous and not disrupted during construction. Also reviewed and provided input on contractor laydown, material delivery and contractor employee access to ensure a safe project site, an efficient job site and minimal impact to school operations.

Project Manager/Owner’s Rep for Helios Resources LTD for this unique design-build approach to retro-commissioning for Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic. Responsible for the retro-commissioning of 773,000 SF in 15 buildings of NAS Oceana.
As Project Manager, selected key subcontractors HDR, Inc, (Commissioning Agent/Design) and Colonial Webb, (Maintenance and Construction Services). Work included a thorough review of available documents and existing conditions to determine current utilization; a retro-commissioning study to gather the data necessary to determine the appropriate energy conservation measures (ECM’s) and system repairs necessary; facilitating and coordinating all field inspection, performance/functional performances tests and a final report that records the results of post season functional test.
