Project Description

Developed Facilities Planning Documents (FPD) for NAVFAC Mid Atlantic’s Navy Working Capital Fund facilities/category codes at various installation, including JEB Little Creek, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, NWS Yorktown, NS Newport, RI, and NSB New London, CT. 

 

Assisted in the development of course of actions (COAs) for consolidation, demolition, and recapitalization opportunities across the MIDLANT Region. FPD updates included Asset Evaluations (AE), Basic Facility Requirements (BFR), and planning actions including analysis, concepts and proposals.
